About RootMax
We agree the work with you, then we build it.
We build business websites, catalogues and custom systems around the way your business works.
For each project, we agree the scope with you first, including what we need from you and the acceptance checks the work must pass.
Calls last 45 minutes on Google Meet, in English or Arabic. They start between 10:00 and 15:00 Cairo time, Monday to Friday, and our booking page at Cal.com shows the times in your own time zone.

Want to talk through what your agreement would cover?
Our working principles
We start with what needs to work better
We look at the process you want to improve with the people who know the work. Then we define what the solution needs to do.
We agree the details before work begins
We agree the scope, fees and timeline with you, including what we need from you.
We deliver in defined releases
Each release has its own agreed scope. For a custom system, we define a useful first release around one agreed workflow, then plan any further releases around your priorities.
We check what the work actually does
We test the work against the acceptance checks we agree with you. For example, we check that an enquiry arrives where we agreed, that a record moves through each approval step, and that each user role can do only what we agreed for it.
Who is responsible for what
Your project agreement records the responsibilities on both sides, so it is clear who does what at each stage.
Our responsibilities
- delivering the agreed scope and checking it with you against the agreed acceptance checks
- reviewing progress with you at agreed stages
- telling you how any change you ask for affects scope, fees and dates, before that work goes ahead
- providing the handover your agreement specifies, such as agreed access, source materials, documentation and guidance, and recording any open items
What we need from you
- a person who knows the process or content and can make decisions about it
- the content, data, access and approvals that the scope identifies
- named approvers for stage and technical decisions and for financial decisions (one person can hold both roles); other colleagues can also review and comment
- decisions on any open business rules before we build them
What we commit to
Your agreement is our commitment: the scope, deliverables, acceptance checks, responsibilities, fees and timeline we agree together.
This website shows what we can build; your scope says what we’ll build for you. We can’t promise business results such as search rankings, traffic or sales.
Once your website or system is live, we can look after it under a separate Care & Support arrangement.
How we start
Our introductory call is free, and so is our first assessment of whether we’re the right fit for your project. We use the call to understand what you need and agree the next step with you.
Only when needed
If we need to look at a process in more depth before we can scope it, we’ll suggest Discovery & Scope. It’s a separate, paid stage, and we agree what it covers with you before it starts. Not every project needs it.
Tell us what you need.
Bring what needs to work better. You don’t need a finished brief.
When you book, a line about your business and any website or system you already use helps us prepare.
Choose a time that suits you.
