What you need

Business Websites & Catalogues

Help customers explore your services or products and send you a useful enquiry.

We can start with service pages and an enquiry form, or a catalogue with product details and quotation requests.

RFQ (request for quotation). Your customer’s request for a price or proposal. It isn’t a sale yet.

What your project can include

When it fits

You want customers to understand what you offer and send you an enquiry. If you have many products, specifications or services, they also need clear information, simple navigation and an easy way to tell you what they need.

Scoped individually

A catalogue supports enquiries and quotation requests. Online checkout, stock synchronisation, imports, copywriting, translation, connections and ongoing content entry need separate agreement.

What we ask of you

Before we set the timeline, we agree the content, access and approvals we need from you.

Custom Business Systems

Bring enquiries, quotations, approvals and business records into a workflow your team can follow.

We can start with one process your team needs to manage, with the records, roles and decisions it needs.

What your project can include

How it starts

We define one complete workflow for your first release, such as an enquiry through review to an approved quotation. We agree later releases separately.

When it fits

A process in your business moves between spreadsheets, messages and separate records, and it’s hard to see what has happened, what’s waiting and who needs to act.

What a release does not include unless agreed

Additional workflows, reports, portals, connections and data transfers need their own agreed scope. A release does not include mobile applications, payroll or statutory accounting unless its agreed scope names them.

Financial features follow the business rules you supply and do not imply accounting or regulatory approval.

What we ask of you

Before we set the timeline, we agree the people, example documents, business rules, data and access we need from you.

Care & Support

After launch, your website or system still needs looking after.

We can look after it under a separate Care & Support arrangement.

Before support begins, we agree the systems covered, how you contact us, service hours, any response target, the work allowance and the fee. New features and changes are scoped separately, with their own fees and dates.

Already have a Care & Support arrangement with us? Email support@rootmax.net. Please don’t send passwords, access details or confidential customer data by email.

What every project scope sets out

We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance checks before preparing your quotation. It sets out fees, review stages and the proposed timeline. We assess changes with you before adding them.

Start with what needs to work better.

Tell us what you need. We’ll help you define the right next step and agree the scope before preparing a tailored quotation.

The introductory call and initial qualification are free. If you need detailed analysis, we agree a separate, paid Discovery & Scope stage before it begins. Not every project needs it.
