Services / Business Websites & Catalogues

Help your customers find the right product or service.

In short: we design and build business websites and product catalogues that explain what you offer and lead your customers to an enquiry or a request for quotation. We agree the pages, content and acceptance checks with you before we build, and you review the work at agreed stages.

We build websites and catalogues that help your customers explore your services or products and send you a useful enquiry.

We can start with service pages and an enquiry form, or a product catalogue with quotation requests.

Where this fits

This suits you if your customers need to understand your services or products before they contact you, and your team needs enquiries it can act on. For example:

  • a distributor that needs a product catalogue with quotation requests;
  • a training provider that needs course information, with enquiries routed to the right person.

These are examples, not a limit on who we work with.

If you also need to manage the work after an enquiry arrives, see Custom Business Systems

What we can build

Your scope says which of these your project includes.

Does a product catalogue need online checkout?

No. We can build a catalogue that helps your customers explore your products and request a quotation. Online checkout is included only when we agree it in your scope.

Examples of where a project can start

These are starting points, not fixed offers with set prices or timescales. We agree the details with you first: see What we agree before we build.

  1. A business website. Pages that explain your services, who they’re for and how to make an enquiry.

  2. A product catalogue with quotation requests. Products organised into categories with their specifications, and a request for quotation that reaches your team with the details it needs.

    RFQ (request for quotation). Your customer’s request for a price or proposal. It isn’t a sale yet.

Fictional example

This is an invented joinery workshop that makes shelving and storage to measure. Filter its products by material. The request card shows what its team needs to prepare a quotation.

Everything in this example is invented, including the business and its records. It isn’t client work, and nothing you do here is sent or saved.

What we agree before we build

We agree the pages or products, navigation, enquiry destination, editing access and languages. Your scope names the deliverables, acceptance checks and launch responsibilities.

Acceptance checks. Checks we agree with you in advance, which show plainly whether the work does what the scope says.

What affects the price of a website or catalogue?

The page types, content volume, catalogue fields and functionality we agree with you. We provide a tailored quotation once we’ve agreed your scope, and the introductory call is free.

Included only when agreed

Online checkout, stock synchronisation, customer accounts, product imports, data clean-up, copywriting, images, translation, connections, analytics and ongoing content entry need separate agreement.

We confirm access and running costs before including a third-party service. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales.

What we need from you

We need your approved brand files, business information, content and a person who can approve it. For a catalogue, we review a sample of your product data before quoting. We agree access and who receives enquiries before launch.

How we deliver your website

The introductory call and initial qualification are free. If you need detailed analysis, we agree a separate, paid Discovery & Scope stage before it begins. Not every project needs it.

We agree the scope and quotation, then design and build the pages for your review. Before launch, we check the agreed customer journeys and hand over the access, materials and editor guidance your agreement names.

How we check the work

Depending on your scope, we check on an agreed sample of pages and devices that:

  • your customers can find the agreed products through navigation or search;

  • product details match your approved source data;

  • filters return the expected products;

  • an enquiry reaches the agreed destination with the required information;

  • your authorised editor can make and publish an agreed change;

  • links, redirects and language versions work, where they are included.

If you need specific performance targets, we agree how they’ll be measured before testing begins.

Real work, not an example.

For HBPT, we built a public catalogue connected to a business platform. HBPT’s catalogue expansion plan covers 14,000+ products. We built the software to support growth beyond 60,000 products.

We have also built an English course website for MegaPlus and a multilingual website for Sadara, in English, French and Arabic.

Care & Support

After launch, your website still needs looking after.

We can look after it under a separate Care & Support arrangement, with its cover and fee agreed with you.

About Care & Support

Talk to us about your website.

Tell us what you offer, who needs to find it and what you want visitors to do next. You don’t need a finished brief.

We’ll help you define the right next step and agree the scope before preparing a tailored quotation.
