  1.  We understand your need
    Start with a call or a written enquiry. We get to know your business and check whether we’re the right fit. The introductory call and initial qualification are free.
  2.  We identify the next step
    If your process needs a closer look, we may suggest Discovery & Scope. This is a separately scoped, paid stage. Not every project needs it.
  3.  We agree the scope
    If we’re the right fit, we agree what to build before preparing a tailored quotation. Care & Support is a separate agreement.
Booking a call doesn’t commit you to a project, and neither does writing to us.
When you book, Cal.com confirms your appointment by email with the Google Meet link. You can add colleagues as guests.
